Shipping & Returns Policy
At KIN THE LABEL, we stand behind the quality, craftsmanship, and care that goes into every hat we create. Because each piece is handcrafted and carefully inspected, we have created a simple return policy to ensure the best experience for our customers.
All eligible returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Items purchased online at kinlabel.com may be returned for store credit or exchange.
To request a return or exchange, please visit our RETURN CENTER to submit a request.
Returns are processed within 7-10 business days after being received by our warehouse. Once approved, store credit or exchanges will be issued.
Customers requesting store credit are responsible for a $12 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from the store credit amount. Exchanges include a prepaid return shipping label.
Return Eligibility
All returns must be in original condition. Any item that is damaged, worn, marked, or does not arrive in its original packaging and condition will not be eligible for store credit or exchange.
Store Credit & Exchanges
Eligible returns are issued as store credit only via a digital gift card. Store credit will include the full value of the returned item(s), including applicable US taxes, excluding return shipping costs.
Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns received after this timeframe will not be accepted.
All discounted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.
Domestic Shipping & Processing Times
Orders typically ship via UPS Ground within 2-3 business days after order placement, pending product availability and payment verification.
Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday.
Once your order ships, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.
Refused Shipments
Refused packages do not qualify as valid returns or exchanges.
If you refuse a shipment from KIN THE LABEL, you remain responsible for all original shipping charges, duties, and taxes incurred, including return shipping costs. Any applicable costs will be deducted from your store credit amount.
Damaged & Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect every order before it leaves our warehouse. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contactus@kinlabel.com within three (3) business days of receiving your order.
We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and assist in resolving the issue.
If available, a replacement will be sent once the original item has been received. If the item is unavailable for exchange, we will issue a refund for the merchandise amount, excluding initial shipping costs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, KIN THE LABEL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package was marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier and, if necessary, filing a report with the appropriate authorities.
KIN THE LABEL will provide supporting documentation to assist with carrier claims, however, we cannot replace or refund packages confirmed as delivered.
