We don’t have a brick-and-mortar store, but you can find our collection at select retailers across the country.
Product Manufacturing
- Our wool and packable straw hats are made in the USA at a 100+-year-old factory.
- Our Panama straw hats are handwoven in Cuenca, Ecuador.
- Our raffia hats are handwoven in Madagascar.
Fit & Sizing
Not necessarily. Because styles and blocks vary, sizing may differ slightly from one hat to another. We recommend measuring your head and using our size guide for each specific style.

Your hat should fit snugly but comfortably. A good rule of thumb: you should be able to slip one finger between your forehead and the sweatband.
- If you can fit more than one finger, the hat may be too large. Try tightening it with the adjustable sweatband or sizing down.
- If you can’t fit a finger, consider sizing up.

All of our hats come beautifully packaged in a reusable hat bag — because we believe every purchase should feel like a gift, whether it’s for yourself or someone else.

Shipping & Returns
Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days from our Texas warehouse.
- U.S. orders: 5–7 business days
- International orders: 7–16 business days

We offer free shipping within all 50 U.S. states.

If you're not happy with your purchase, you may return unworn items within 14 days of receiving your order for store credit or exchange.Note:Sample and Warehouse Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.See our full Return Policy.
Once we receive your return in new, unworn condition, please allow 4–7 business days for processing.
