At KIN THE LABEL we firmly stand behind our product and craftsmanship while ensuring your satisfaction. Our return policy is simple: All eligible returns must be returned within 14-days from the receipt of your purchase to exchange or return for store credit any item bought online via kinlabel.com.
To issue a return or exchange, please visit the RETURN CENTER to submit a request.
Returns require a 7-10 processing time from when the item is received by the warehouse. Once inspected, please allow 7-10 business days for a store credit or exchange to be issued. USPS shipping labels for returned items that request a store credit will be billed at the customers expense of $12.00. For items being exchanged a prepaid shipping label will be provided.
All returns must be in perfect condition. Any item that is damaged, been worn, marked or doesn’t arrive in it’s original packaging and condition will not be eligible for store credit or an exchange.
Store Credit & Exchanges
Returns are issued as store credit. A store credit will be issued via a digital gift card within 5 days of receipt of the return. This refund will include the full value of the items returned, including US taxes and excluding return shipping costs.Exchanges must be made within the 14-day from the day you receive your order. Returns sent after this time will not be valid.Purchased made using Sale Codes are considered a Final Sale. No returns or exchanges avialble for those orders.
Domestic Shipping and Processing Times
Orders typically ship UPS ground within 2-3 days following order placement from our warehouse, pending availability and credit verification. Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday. Once your order ships, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery as shipping times may vary.
Refused packages do not qualify as a valid return or exchange. If you refuse any shipments from KIN THE LABEL you remain responsible for all original shipping charges, duties and taxes incurred on the package (original and return shipments). We will subtract this amount from your merchandise credit, if it applies to your order.
Damaged and Incorrect Items
We work really hard to have high-quality products sent to all of our customers. It is the responsibility of the customer to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects.
-If available, a replacement will be sent upon receipt of the original damaged/incorrect item. If the item is unavailable for exchange you will be refunded the full amount minus the initial shipping costs.
Once the item(s) have been delivered to the customer with a valid address at the time of purchase and delivery, KIN THE LABEL is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
If your package was successfully delivered and then stolen from your location, you have a couple of options. For USPS deliveries, you can file a mail theft complaint with the U.S. Postal Inspection Service. If your package came through another carrier, reach out to your local police department to notify them of the theft.
KIN THE LABEL will do their best to supply all supporting documentation to help the customer resolve the issue with the Carrier. KIN THE LABEL is not held responsible for replacing or refunding the lost or stolen items.
